The Crown Prince tested ROPCA Ultrasound at OUH
Crown Prince Frederik and Minister of Business and Industry Morten Bødskov visited OUH to test the ROPCA Ultrasound robot.
The robot, called ARTHUR, came on the market in 2022 and is used for diagnosis and evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis. It consists of glass plate table, where the patient places their hand. An arm mounted to the table then scans the hand without pressing too hard. The robot then stores and analyses the data through the use of AI, and provides a score for arthritis activity. A specialist can then make a full diagnosis based on the robot's report as well as feedback from the patient.
