Welcoming robot-transported parcel lockers for medical equipment
Last Friday, CCR had the pleasure of inaugurating yet another robot-supported solution at Odense University Hospital.
The new robot-transported parcel lockers will provide great value for both patients and staff when they become fully operational in a month's time.
For the patients, the parcel lockers will provide far more flexibility in connection with their treatment, as they will now be able to pick up medical equipment in the hospital lobby at any time of the day. For the staff, the parcel lockers will free up more hours, as they will no longer spend time serving patients who come to pick up equipment. The parcel boxes also drive themselves from the department down to the main entrance, so there is no increase in manual work.
